A Miami company that specializes in matching employment-based immigration visas with foreign would-be U.S. real estate investors has tapped veteran Venezuelan development exec Noel Epelboim to expand its services across the Americas, the company said in a release.
Riviera Point Development Group has commercial and office space projects underway in Miramar and Doral, financed with these special EB-5 investments the company is helping mainly South American investors acquire.
“There is increasing interest from EB-5 investors in Florida,” Riviera’s president, Rodrigo Azpurua, was quoted as saying. “Noel’s broad experience will greatly expand Riviera Point Development Group’s opportunities to expand into new areas, including high-rise residential and mixed-use development.”
Epelboim has 30 years’ development experience as a founding member of Caracas-based Constructora Arquinpro CA, with more than 2 million square feet of completed projects, including a mid-rise condominium in Hallandale Beach.
Azpurua said the Riviera Point team now includes executives with links to key markets for EB-5 investors, including South America and China. — Emily Schmall
