A Chicago-based real estate investment firm bought a 16.5-acre lot in Dania Beach with the goal of developing an industrial complex.
Bridge Development Partners is calling the proposed 189,000-square-foot Class A facility Bridge Point Marina Mile. It will be located on the 3400 block of Southwest 30th Avenue, less than a mile from another recent land grab from the firm. The firm, which deals in acquiring industrial sites, also plans to develop a two-building, 230,000-square-foot property called Bridge Point Port 95.
