Related Group is ramping up the scope of Icon Palm Beach with new plans for six towers of a total 1,095 units in West Palm Beach.
The developer joined forces with West Palm Beach-based Rybovich Marina, which is owned by the Huizenga family. Arquitectonica has been tapped to design the towers on two adjacent sites along North Flagler Drive jointly owned by both developers. [exMiami] — Mark Maurer
