An online retailer of sports memorabilia snagged almost 179,000 square feet at Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise – one of the biggest leases for a Broward County industrial space this year.

Fanatics Mounted Memories recently moved from Plantation to downtown Fort Lauderdale – the Plaza at Las Olas – for its new headquarters. That space is a mere 15,000 square feet.

The 612-acre Sunrise space, developed in 1994 by Stiles, is located at 251 International Parkway. Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE brokered the sublessor, Perfumania, in the deal. [South Florida Business Journal] — Mark Maurer
