UPDATED, 2:45 p.m., Friday: Jon Diamond, the co-founder and vice chairman of Columbus, Ohio-based Safe Auto Insurance Co., and his wife, Susan, have listed their four-bedroom, beachfront unit at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort for $11.7 million.

The 3,912-square-foot unit with a 1,255-square-foot balcony was outfitted by Miami-based interior designer Alison Antrobus, according to listing agent Chad Carroll, head of the Carroll Group at Douglas Elliman, and the apartment is being sold along with all furnishings. Listing photos show an electric blue desk, off-white and orange linens and furniture and an unusually deep closet.
