Toll Brothers plans to launch sales in the spring for a gated Boca Raton community of 223 luxury homes.
Prices will range from $1.2 million to $2 million for the homes in Royal Palm Polo, at Jog and Clint Moore roads. Homes will have between four and seven bedrooms, and three or four-car garages. Each property will sit on a 90-by-140-foot lot.
The project is part of Toll’s prospective deal to develop 122 acres of the city, which is expected to close by the end of the year. The luxury home-builder is close to finalizing plans to buy the land from the Oxley family an acquire city approvals.
“That’s extremely big for Boca Raton,” Jim McDade, regional president for Toll, told the Sun-Sentinel. “Nowadays, people want their back yards to be more like a resort, and this gives them room to do that.” [Sun-Sentinel] — Mark Maurer
