Luxury rental community Atlantic Doral Grande opens

The 360-unit luxury rental community Atlantic Doral Grande, in Doral, has officially opened its doors. Developer Atlantic Pacific Companies, which owns 5,000 multifamily units across the nation, is holding a grand opening for 10500 Northwest 74th Street, near 107th Street, on Oct. 24.

The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments each have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Prices range from $1,509 a month for a one-bedroom to $2,041 a month for a three-bedroom. Building amenities include a pool, gazebo, spa, fitness center, dog park, tennis court and a lake.

Some residents began moving in in late August, but the majority of units have not yet hit the market, a spokesperson told The Real Deal. The grand opening gala is set to begin at 6 p.m. on the 24th.
