Noted Modernist architect Alfred Browning Parker may have designed a seven-bedroom home on three acres in Coral Gables that just hit the market for $12.5 million, but updated features dominate the new look of the estate.

The nearly 10,000-square-foot home at 6801 Granada Boulevard features a 75-foot dock, a guest house, a two-story living room, red barrel tile roof and 757 feet of water frontage on the north and east sides, Curbed reported, citing the listing on Trulia.
