Miami Heat center Chris “Birdman” Andersen swooped in and snatched a five-bedroom mansion in the Collins Acres section of Pinecrest for $1.89 million earlier this month.

The 35-year-old received a $417,000 mortgage on the one-acre property, which features a tennis court, pool and a guest house, Gossip Extra reported. The 7,505-square-foot home has marble floors, and a fireplace in the family room.
