The 28,000-square-foot, two-floor penthouse at a Miami Beach office condominium tower that was formerly the landmarked Sony Music Building hit the market today for $29 million.

The bottom floor of the condo has 10-foot ceilings, while the top floor has 14-foot ceilings, the Wall Street Journal reported. The unit also comes with a more-than-8,000-square-foot private rooftop and can be renovated to include a pool or garden. Jeff Miller of Zilbert International Realty has the listing.

The seven-story building at 605 Lincoln Road was converted in 2005 to condos. Sapient, a global marketing consulting firm, is currently leasing the duplex, owned by real estate investors Lynn Wiener and Gerald Moore. But the space is zoned for either residential or commercial use.

“This space is available for someone to customize it and make it whatever their vision is,” Miller told The Real Deal. [WSJ]Mark Maurer
