The Mary Brickell Village condominium project known as NINE is opening a sales center later this month, according to a spokesperson.
The 34-story condo tower at 999 Southwest 1st Avenue in Miami will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 744 to 2,000 square feet. Asking prices will average $475 per square foot, with prices starting in the mid-$300,000s. Amenities include valet parking; a lounge with billiards and poker tables; and an 11th-floor one-acre deck with a pool and garden.
Fortune International sales director Nikol Solares is heading up sales. Developers Starwood Capital and Lynd originally envisioned the $65 million project as a rental project called EnV. It broke ground last year. — Mark Maurer
