The 15 remaining units at the Vizcayne condominium towers in Downtown Miami hit the market today, according to a spokesperson.
Since International Sales Group launched sales at the 49-story buildings at 253 Northeast 2nd Street in April 2011, 90 percent of the 849 units are taken. Available units include two studios, one flat, five one-bedrooms, four two-bedrooms and three three-bedroom penthouses. Prices of the penthouses — each 3,281 square feet — range from $1.8 million to $2.6 million.
The former pad of Miami Heat starter Dwyane Wade was one of the three penthouses to hit the market last month. The two- and three-story penthouses ranged between 4,178 and 4,495 square feet and $1.8 million to $2.7 million, as previously reported.
