Miami-based brokerage Worldwide Properties owner Eddy Martinez went west to nab the listing for a $19.5 million trophy property in Las Vegas formerly rented by the late pop icon Michael Jackson.

Jackson rented the 2.1-acre estate, known as Hacienda Palomino, from 2007 until his death in 2009, when it hit the market for $12.8 million. The 8,500-square-foot, three-story house had three bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an elevator, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“Many Chinese are Michael Jackson fanatics,” Martinez told the Wall Street Journal. “For a really wealthy fan of Michael Jackson, it would be a dream come true to own the home where Michael lived and recorded and created his music.”
