Porsche Latin America and two other Southeast Financial Center tenants have signed lease renewals totaling nearly 30,000 square feet, according to city property records filed today.

The three tenants at the 1.23 million square-foot tower and plaza are expanding by a combined 7,605 square feet. Southeast Financial’s institutional ownership announced the lease renewals in a written statement. Joining Porsche in renewing and expanding at the 200 South Biscayne Boulevard tower are insurance and risk management firm Marsh USA and Switzerland-based banking software systems provider Temenos. Lease terms were not disclosed in the announcement.

Jones Lang LaSalle senior vice president Donald Cartwright and vice president Nicole Vassilaros represented the landlord in the transactions.

Known in Miami’s Central Business District for its saw-tooth design, Southeast Financial at 200 South Biscayne Boulevard includes a 55-story Class A office tower and 15-story annex building with a parking garage and gym. – Eric Kalis
