A Miami company has acquired Sunset Strip Plaza from a New York firm that owned the shopping center for 17 years.
SPI Sunset, managed by Miami-based CF Properties, closed on the purchase of the 10855 Southwest 72nd Street property last Friday, according to Miami-Dade County records. The nearly 83,000-square-foot center was constructed on 8.78 acres in 1984.
Seller Sunset Owner, managed by New York-based Loeb Partners Realty, paid $4.25 million in 1996 for the property.
Located in the West Kendall section of unincorporated Miami-Dade County, Sunset Strip is anchored by Family Dollar, Presidente Supermarket and Sherwin Williams. – Eric Kalis
