The South Florida Jewish Academy, a Kindergarten-through-12th grade private school for students with special needs, picked up a second Coconut Creek building for $4.9 million.
Technological University of America previously owned the 33,000-square-foot building at 3700 Coconut Creek Parkway. Daniel Kaskel, a lawyer with Boca Raton firm Sachs Sax Caplan, represented the buyer in the deal.
Financing for the deal came from Miami’s TotalBank. The South Florida Jewish Academy’s main location is 4640 Northwest 74th Place. [South Florida Business Journal] — Mark Maurer
