Trophy downtown West Palm Beach office building Esperante Corporate Center is on the verge of being sold.
A partnership between Boca Raton-based Crocker Partners and Connecticut firm Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers is close to acquiring the 17-story building, Palm Beach Post reported. If the deal closes, Crocker would manage the building and Cushman & Wakefield would handle leasing. CBRE Global Investors currently owns Esperante.
Esperante just got a pre-sale boost with the news that law firm Cole Scott & Kissane has agreed to lease 50,000 square feet at the building. The firm plans to relocate from the Sabadell United Bank building at 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. That makes up for the upcoming departure of law firm Akerman. [Palm Beach Post] — Eric Kalis
