A onetime manufacturing magnate sold the former Boca Raton headquarters for both ADT and W.R. Grace & Co. for $12.7 million.
The 50,000-square-foot Class A building at 1750 Clint Moore Road changed hands in a tax-deferred deal – from Rodney Longman to an undisclosed investment group with offices in Miami and New York, the Sun-Sentinel reported. Center Realty Associates president Glenn Gromann, who handled the deal, told the Sun-Sentinel the space can be expanded to 70,000 square feet.
Mobile software firm OpenPeak Inc. currently occupies the building. [Sun-Sentinel] — Mark Maurer
