Just three days after selling his home in Fort Lauderdale’s Riviera Isles neighborhood, former Miami Dolphins tight end Anthony Fasano has purchased another Riviera Isles residence for $2.5 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Fasano acquired the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 1016 South Rio Vista Boulevard on Nov. 25, according to Broward County records. The sellers of the 4,278-square-foot house are John and Helen Cahalin. They paid $1.05 million for the 0.4-acre waterfront property in April 2007.
Broward County recorded the transaction last Wednesday. No financing was recorded.
Fasano sold a three-bedroom home at nearby 350 Riviera Drive to Stephen Moss on Nov. 22. He paid $960,000 for the Mediterranean-style house three years ago.
Born in New Jersey, Fasano played for the Dolphins from 2008 to 2012. He signed a four-year, $16 million contract with Kansas City earlier this year.
