Related, sbe partner on SoFla developments
The Related Group is teaming up with hospitality and real estate development firm sbe on a pair of condo-hotel projects in Midtown Miami and Hollywood.
Related announced the partnership with sbe on the Hyde-branded projects, Miami Herald reported. Hyde originated with sbe’s swanky Hyde Lounge chain. The companies are also working together on SLS Hotel & Residences Brickell.
Plans for Hyde Hotel & Residences Midtown Miami call for 80 hotel rooms and 400 condos. The $130 million development at Midtown Avenue and 34th Street is scheduled for a 2016 completion.
Hyde Resort & Residences Hollywood Beach is a $200 million project at 4111 South Ocean Drive. Plans for the 40-story tower include 367 condo-hotel units and 40 condos. The project is also scheduled for a 2016 completion. [Miami Herald] — Eric Kalis
