Ansin’s 11-year fight for the property could be nearing an end, Daily Business Review reported. He plans to ask Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Peter Lopez to grant his motion for summary judgment in the foreclosure case on Dec. 20.

The Sunbeam Television and Sunbeam Realty owner did not prevail in a real estate lawsuit that dragged out for 10 years. Since the May defeat, Ansin has been working with the lender for the neighboring property at 1415 NW 79th Street to engineer a default against Clear Channel Metroplex radio station WIOD-AM. The  Channel 7 Fox affiliate and Clear Channel station have shared a man-made peninsula in North Bay Village for many years. [Daily Business Review]Eric Kalis
