South Florida’s third Epicure Gourmet Market has officially opened in Coral Gables.

The new Epicure at luxury apartment complex Gables Ponce opened to customers on Friday, the Miami Herald reported. It includes a 240-seat restaurant inside a 24,000-square-foot grocery. The other South Florida Epicure branches are located at Miami Beach and Sunny Isles Beach.

Gables Residential built Gables Ponce, a 248-unit rental complex with monthly rents ranging from $1,935 to $3,685. It opened this summer. Gables Residential plans to open a second phase with 119 apartments and 24,000 square feet of office space next to Epicure by the end of 2014. [Miami Herald] — Eric Kalis
