Dezer Development now has 80 percent of Porsche Design Tower’s units under contract.
Gil Dezer’s company has registered $624 million in sales for the luxury Sunny Isles Beach condo project, exMiami reported. Plans call for 132 units in a 60-story tower at 18555 Collins Avenue. The building’s residences range in size from 4,800 to 17,000 square feet and remaining units are priced from $4.8 million to $32.5 million.
Dezer landed a $214 million construction loan from Wells Fargo for Porsche Design Tower in September. The financing was the largest for a post-recession condo project in South Florida. [exMiami] — Eric Kalis
