The Palm Beach County Convention Center will host a statewide meeting in January aimed at residents and board members of community associations. The January 8 event is christened “The Show” and will feature exhibitors including property managers, construction firms, lenders, lawyers and security groups.
“This show is a combination expo on the magazine side and a conference for association professionals on the other,” Jim McMurry, general manager of Advantage Publishing, which publishes the Florida Community Association Journal, said in a release seen by the Palm Beach Post. About 1,000 people are slated to attend, McMurry added.
Donna DiMaggio Berger, the executive director of the Community Advocacy Network, will be the keynote speaker, according to the release. [Palm Beach Post] – Hiten Samtani
