Walgreens has sold a Pompano Beach retail building it occupies for $11.2 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The Deerfield, Ill.-based parent company of the drug store chain traded the 2401 West Atlantic Boulevard building on Dec. 30, according to Broward County records. The county recorded the sale on Friday.
AN WG Pompano of New York is the buyer. The company is managed by The Nightingale Group. It obtained an $8.7 million loan from Citigroup Global Markets Realty for the acquisition.
The nearly 59,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1986 on five acres.
