South Florida developers are finding unique ways to incorporate art into their luxury condo projects.

The developers of Muse in Sunny Isles Beach plan to include sculptures by Albanian-born artist Helidon Xhixha in each unit, the Miami Herald reported. Xhixha’s pieces have been displayed during Art Basel week in Miami. The artist is available to consult with condo buyers and customize their sculptures.

New York-based Property Markets Group and Aventura-based S2 Development are behind the 649-foot Muse at 17141 Collins Avenue. The 47-story, 68-unit tower is to be constructed on less than one acre with 100 feet of oceanfront.

Muse would be the same height as Sunny Isles projects Porsche Design Tower and Mansions at Acqualina if all are completed as planned. [Miami Herald]Eric Kalis
