Integra Investments has plans for a mixed-use development called ParkSquare Aventura on a seven-acre parcel.
The developer acquired the land at 2900 Waterways Boulevard and Northeast 207th Street for $21 million last year. The project would include 85,000 square feet of office space, 40,000 square feet of medical office space and 52,000 of retail and restaurant space. The buildings would be a 230-room hotel, a 144-unit assisted living facility and a 134-unit apartment building.
A 2008 plan to build City Park Aventura on the land ultimately fell apart. The Arquitectonica-designed project was set to offer 53 town homes, 51 two-story condominiums and private penthouses, ground-floor retail, a Class A office building and a flagship hotel. [exMiami] — Mark Maurer
