A sister restaurant of the popular Prime 112 is set to open on South Beach later this month.
Prime Fish, the third edition of Myles Chefetz’s Prime restaurant series, is coming to 100 Collins Avenue, Miami New Times reported. Myles Restaurant Group corporate chef Michael Sabin has been tapped to oversee the seafood restaurant. In addition to high-end seafood, Prime Fish is expected to include the same meat dishes offered at Prime 112.
The restaurant replaces Nemo, which closed four years ago.
Chefetz also operates Prime Italian at 101 Ocean Drive. [Miami New Times] — Eric Kalis
