Miami Secret Service building sells for $30M

A Miami-Dade County office building that is home to the U.S. Secret Service has sold for nearly $30 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Cole OFC Miami FL, a Phoenix company tied to real estate investment trust Cole Real Estate Investments, acquired the 10350 Northwest 112th Avenue building on Jan. 10, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction Monday. Cole did not obtain financing for the purchase.

Rubicon GSA II/BSM Ltd. of Chicago is the seller.

Developed in 2002, the office building totals nearly 83,000 square feet on a sprawling six-acre property. It is located southwest of Florida’s Turnpike and Northwest 106th Street. — Eric Kalis
