Douglas Elliman Real Estate has snatched a pair of Miami Beach brokers from a rival firm.
The company added Bill Hernandez and Bryan Sereny, who operate as “the Bill and Bryan Team,” as co-directors of luxury sales, it announced in a written statement. Hernandez and Sereny have worked together since 2004, when they met as neighbors. They most recently worked at Zilbert International Realty.
“Bill and Bryan are experts on inventory in this market and fully understand the nuances of working with a powerful roster of international and New York-based clients who work in the financial services industries,” Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Jay Parker said.
Hernandez graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of science in industrial systems engineering. Sereny graduated from Boston University with a bachelor of arts in management. — Eric Kalis
