MG3 Development Group and partner Brookman Fels plan to begin construction are launch sales at the Preserve at Emerald Hills within the next three months, the Sun-Sentinel reported. Plans call for 117 single-family and townhomes on 32 acres along the north side of Stirling Road. Residences are priced between $600,000 and more than $1 million.

The Preserve site was previously a trailer park. A different developer, Coscan, had acquired the land in 2005. Coscan closed the park and cleared the site for future development. [Sun-Sentinel]Eric Kalis
