A New York investor has acquired nine properties north of downtown Miami for $13.6 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Biscayne 1900 Owner, a company managed by Atlas Capital Group, picked up the portfolio on Jan. 20, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction last Thursday. The seller is a nonprofit called the Grace Contrino Abrams Peace Education Foundation.
City National Bank of Florida gave Biscayne 1900 a $7.6 million loan for the purchase.
The portfolio acquired by the Atlas company includes a 10,600-square-foot office building at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard. Small office buildings and vacant parcels comprise the rest of the site.
