C1 Bank’s new branch in the area is adorned with artwork from Andy Warhol and Keith Haring and designed with modular conference pods and LED-lit seating areas, the Miami Herald reported. When the business day ends, the 3,700-square-foot building can be used as an entertainment space, as the bank installed a stainless steel catering kitchen and designed a streetfront glass wall that opens to the sidewalk. The bank paid $2.9 million for the two-property site and spent another $1 million on the branch’s interiors.

The Wynwood branch is part of a South Florida growth strategy for C1, which previously had a temporary office for loan production in the Brickell area. The bank has acquired buildings in Coral Gables and Doral with plans to open those branches this summer. [Miami Herald]Eric Kalis
