A company tied to developer Don Peebles has acquired the future site of the Bath Club Estates project in Miami Beach for $21 million.

The Peebles affiliate picked up the nearly one-acre of oceanfront land at 6747 Collins Avenue, according to Friday’s written announcement from the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, which represented the seller.

Peebles began sales of the 13 luxury Bath Club Estates in December. The project is designed by Arquitectonica with one condo per floor. Unit options include a penthouse and two massive villas.

Planned amenities include plunge pools on unit balconies and two chauffeur-driven Maseratis. The units can be customized, as buyers would have their choice of interior designers.
