Russell Galbut, managing partner of Miami-based developer Crescent Heights, plans to a build a single-family home for himself as part of a seven-story mixed-use project in Miami Beach.
The 17,000-square-foot home would sit on a level above a robotic parking garage. The building will also hold Asian restaurant Red Ginger and be adjacent to Radio Bar at 814 1st Street, which Crescent Heights acquired last year.
Crescent Heights has invested about $30 million in the mixed-use project. Galbut’s home would feature a rooftop terrace, pool and racquetball court. ADD Inc. architect Jonathan Cardello was hired to design the site. [ExMiami] — Mark Maurer
