Developer McCraney Property is tacking on two new warehouse and distribution buildings to Vista Business Park, adding 100,000 square feet to the West Palm Beach property.
The new construction at 2211 Vista Parkway gets underway late in the first quarter and is the first for the park in half a decade, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Miami-based City National Bank of Florida is financing the project. Broker Michael Falk is handling leasing.
If the construction rises as planned, 5,000 to 50,000 square feet of dock-high space would be available with 24-foot clearances and depth of up to 130 feet. Tenants in the complex have inked large leases in the past few years, including Pure Global Brands for 7,300 square feet and National Analysis Center for 10,000 square feet.
