Today’s most expensive home to hit the South Florida market is a recently upgraded high-floor condominium in Sunny Isles Beach asking $3.5 million, or $2,555 per square foot.

Ilya Reznik of the Reznik Group has the listing for the 3-bedroom, 2,214-square-foot waterfront home at 17885 Collins Avenue.

The unit is in the Acqualina Ocean Residences high-rise near 178th Street and features Intracoastal, ocean and city views as well as a smart-home system and oversized balcony.
