A private island in the Florida Keys is on the market for a whopping $110 million.
The 26-acre Pumpkin Key in the gated Ocean Reef Club community is up for sale, the Wall Street Journal reported. The island is owned by the widow of Chicago businessman George Berry, who bought it in 1973. It includes a 5,000-square-foot, three-bedroom home with a pool, marina and tennis courts.
Other features include two caretaker’s cottages, a dock master’s apartment and private office. The island has enough vacant land to accommodate 12 new homes.
