Today’s most expensive listing to hit the South Florida real estate market is a single-family house in Miami priced at an $5.295 million.
The 8,759-square-foot cul-de-sac property at 4790 Southwest 78th Street near Southwest 49th Avenue is actually the custom-built home of a “preeminent builder” in Miami, according to the listing. It comes with a heated pool, an indoor and outdoor sound system and a guest house. The six-bedroom home, designed by Miami Beach-based Taylor & Taylor, is surrounded by old oak trees and is both gated and walled.
Ricardo Zaldivar with Pallot Realty has the listing.
