Palm Beach boasts connections to 29 of the 1,645 wealthiest people alive, according to Forbes’ 2014 Billionaires List.

Bold faced names with Palm Beach properties on the list included industrialist David Koch — the Palm Beacher with the highest net worth, estimated at $40 billion – and his twin brother Bill Koch who ranked 396th on the list, with a net worth of $3.8 billion.

According to the Palm Beach Daily News, other Palm Beach residents on the Forbes list include: Enterprise Rent-a-Car founder Jack Taylor, worth $12.8 billion; private equity mogul Stephen Schwarzman, worth $10 billion; broker Thomas Peterffy, and Russian fertilizer titian Dimitry Rybolovlev tied with $8.8 billion; and cosmetics executive Leonard Lauder, worth $7.5 billion.
