A Palm Beach mansion has traded for nearly $25.5 million in the town’s second-most expensive residential sale of 2014, The Real Deal has learned.

Silver Lady Palm Beach of Dublin, Ohio sold the 120 Jungle Road home on Friday, according to Palm Beach County records. It paid $8.8 million for the nearly 18,000-square-foot manse in August 2004. Mark Brentlinger is identified in the deed as Silver Lady’s managing member.

Jungle Road LLC is the buying company. It lists the West Palm Beach office of law firm Gunster as the company’s mailing address. No financing was recorded.

The three-story, six-bedroom home was first constructed in 1926 and went through substantial renovations over the last decade. It was previously listed at an asking price of $30 million by Corcoran brokers Paulette and Dana Koch.

A few weeks before Silver Lady’s sale, a company tied to developer David Frisbie sold a waterfront mansion at 445 Antigua Lane for nearly $29 million. That is the town’s priciest residential deal to date in 2014.
