The Related Group and prominent chef and restaurateur Michael Schwartz have made their anticipated collaboration on the developer’s Paraiso Bay and One Paraiso projects official.

Related and Schwartz are partnering on a restaurant and luxury beach club at the developments in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, according to Wednesday’s joint announcement from Related and Schwartz’s the Genuine Hospitality Group. This is the second collaboration between the companies.

The restaurant and beach club would be part of One Paraiso, the second condo project planned at the Paraiso Bay site at 600 Northeast 31st Street. Related has not unveiled specific plans for One Paraiso.

“Paraiso Bay will bring something truly unique to the mainland and deserves a waterfront restaurant to match,” Schwartz said.

The companies intend to work with Arquitectonica and landscape architect Enzo Enea to integrate the restaurant and beach club with the rest of the project. — Eric Kalis
