Prominent developer David Edelstein wants to stake a claim in Miami’s burgeoning Wynwood area through a partnership that includes New York real estate heavyweight Robert Futterman.
Edelstein has submitted a proposal for a mixed-use development on 1.75 acres at 2801 Northwest Third Avenue, exMiami reported. The project would include 264 residential units, 39,000 square feet of retail space and 19,200 square feet of offices.
The development site is located within the Wynwood Gateway area. A City of Miami board is expected to consider rezoning Edelstein’s site next week. [exMiami] — Eric Kalis
