Related, Crescent Heights team up on condo tower

Developer Crescent Heights is now partnering with the Jorge Perez-led Related Group to develop a 50-story condo tower on a South Beach site Crescent was previously looking to sell.

The companies are hosting several public presentations about the proposed development, which is planned on a site spanning from 500 to 700 Alton Road, the Miami Herald reported. The presentations are scheduled throughout today, with a model of the project on display at the Related South Beach Sales Center at 91 Collins Avenue. Architecture firm Perkins + Will designed the tower, while Miami Beach-based Urban Robot Associates conceived a three-acre public park.
