A Miami company acquired nearly 50 office condominiums at the 1200 Brickell building for $14.8 million, The Real Deal has learned.
Brickell 1200 Holdings purchased the units, which are mostly around 500 square feet apiece, last Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. State corporate records identify Michele Di Trana as president of the buying company. The county recorded the transaction Tuesday.
No financing was recorded.
The sellers are Brickell Castle and 1200 Castle 130. Jorge Hernandez of Miami is the president of both companies.
Fortune International developed the 20-story tower at 1200 Brickell Avenue in 2008. The office condos are 95 percent sold, according to the building’s website.
