U.S. homebuilding giant Toll Brothers will break ground Friday on Royal Palm Polo, a high-end housing development in Boca Raton on a former polo field.
Prices at the 223-home project, located at Jog and Clint Moore roads, will range from $1.2 million to $2 million. Sales are expected to begin next month.
More than 1,000 prospective buyers have shown interest in the project so far, Jim McDade, regional president for Horsham, Pa.-based Toll, told the Sun-Sentinel. [Sun-Sentinel] – Christopher Cameron
