Morgan Stanley signed a long-term office lease renewal and expansion at Miami Center in downtown Miami.
The transaction brings Miami Center’s occupancy to 90 percent, according to Thursday’s written announcement from real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, which represented property owner Crocker Partners. Morgan Stanley now occupies 56,000 square feet in the building.
“We are extremely pleased to renew and expand one of the world’s premier financial services corporations,” Crocker Partners founder and managing partner Tom Crocker said in a written statement.
