After 17 years on Lincoln Road, Italian restaurant Tiramesu is moving back to the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.

Restaurant co-owner Graziano Sbroggio announced plans to shut down the Lincoln Road location on Sunday and relocate to 101 Washington Avenue this fall. The restaurant’s executive chef is expected to spend the summer traveling to different cities with hopes of incorporating new dishes into the menu before the South of Fifth location opens, according to South Florida Business Journal. Tiramesu started out in South of Fifth before moving to Lincoln Road.

Sbroggio’s Graspa Group owns multiple Lincoln Road restaurants, including Spris and the former Van Dyke’s Café.

“South of Fifth is a growing dining destination and I’m very excited to be in the same neighborhood of many successful and internationally renowned restaurants,” Sbraggio said in a written statement. [South Florida Business Journal]Eric Kalis
