Fatio-designed mansion in Palm Beach lists for $45M
A 1937 Palm Beach estate has hit the market for $45 million.
Designed by Maurice Fatio, the eight-bedroom “Windansea” at 1545 North Ocean Way comes complete with 280 feet of direct ocean frontage. It also boasts a saltwater pool, a tennis court, and a beach cabana. Fatio is known for his luxury designs. He designed properties for the likes of the Vanderbilts, the Wideners, Otto Kahn, and Marjorie Merriweather Post, Curbed reported. He also designed the Dickinson House in Boca Raton.
