Luxury duplexes could be coming to Old Jupiter Beach Road

Ten luxury duplexes, dubbed Villa Diamante, could soon land on three-acres along Old Jupiter Beach Road.

The plans by developer Kennedy Homes is scheduled to go before the town’s planning and zoning commission on June 10, according to the Palm Beach Post.
